The construction of our Teak decks follows a carefully crafted process to guarantee the highest quality results. We begin by removing any existing teak elements and thoroughly cleaning and preparing the steel surface. A protective primer is applied to the deck, followed by a layer of resin to provide both protection and levelling.
Once the surface is ready, we use a specialized adhesive to secure new Teak planks onto the resin base. Caulking is then applied to seal the seams perfectly. Finally, the entire deck is meticulously sanded to create a smooth, authentic finish.

Why Teak?
Teak is known worldwide as one of the most valued and sought-after hardwoods. Valued in Asia for centuries, it was introduced to Europe by Dutch spice traders. Teak is highly regarded for its beautiful gold-brown colour and exceptional properties, including hardness, weather and sea resistance, durability, and excellent manufacturing characteristics.
In addition to decking, Teak is commonly used in furniture production and interior fittings. It can be transformed into parquet flooring and faces little competition in its specialized applications, particularly in boat building and garden furniture production. The quality of Teak must meet the requirements of First European Quality (F.E.Q.) and is often specially selected for use as planking wood on cruise vessels.
